The Arctic Tundra compared to other biomes is very cold, unlike the savanna or the desert, the tundra has an average temperature is -34 degrees Celsius. There is little precipitation in the tundra biome, just like the desert, with an average of 15 to 25 cm a year. Very little compared to the tropical rain forest. The graph to the left shows a tundra climatograph in Alaska.
